How to Get Rid of Pimples Spots and Acne

This is my method for clear skin. Its simple to follow and I stick to it. I have told my a couple of friends this method and it has worked for them. 4 easy to follow steps and a bonus secret well known to the Chinese for hundreds of years.

During your shower just before you get out your pores will be open and softened. This is when you use a face scrub. The face scrub I recommend is Garnier Pure Active Blackhead Clearing Scrub. A small portion spread in your hand and gently massaged into your face should do the trick. Then rinse.

After your dry from your shower moisturise. After moisturising apply TCP to any visible spots. Use some cotton buds, soak the nib of the bud into the TCP and hold against your spot for about 5 seconds. A little stinging is good. The TCP I recommend is Boots own brand, First Aid Antiseptic Liquid. You don't need to dilute it and can use it straight out of the bottle.

When you come in from work or college, even being outside in general, rinse your face with warm water. This will stop dirt and grease getting into your skin without washing too many natural oils out your skin.

Its the end of the day, inspect your pimples... if any feel ready or have a white head then wash your hands and give them a squeeze. Try to get the core of the spot out or squeeze until the pimple bleeds. Rinse your face with warm water again and then again moisturise with a good night cream that has toning properties to tighten your pores. Finish off by applying TCP to visible and freshly squeezed spots and sleep!

I used to have terrible acne on my back and after drinking one of these a day for a month and squeezing existing spots, my back cleared up. I stopped drinking them for a while and the spots slowly came back, so now every so often I get some to keep them pesky spots at bay.

You can find these at most Chinese supermarkets and there not that expensive. This stuff has a fantastic detoxifying effect!
